1. What is our exchange policy?
Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.
For eligibility, each piece must remain in pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original SNZA packaging with all tags perfectly intact.
2. Can I exchange discounted items?
Pieces offered at a reduced price are considered final, and are not eligible for exchange.
3. What if I received a defective item?
Every SNZA creation is crafted and inspected with precision.
Should you receive an item that does not meet our standards, we will facilitate an exchange.
Please report any concern immediately upon delivery so our team can assist you without delay.
4. Can I check the item before accepting it?
Yes. You may examine your SNZA piece while the courier is present.
If you choose not to accept the order, only the courier’s delivery fee will apply.
